I don't think they really gift wrapped the game for us. The INT. for a TD by Cutrera was an athletic one that most LBs don't make. It was a great play. They played well and we just made the plays that mattered the most. So we just beat them in a competitive game. Which is still MUCH better than anyone thought they would be this year. They're a pretty good team.
That's an indictment against our guys. What makes you think they wouldn't want to "close it out?" Of course, they seem not to have 'attitude.' Maybe, that will come with a few more wins...or more experience playing together. A lot of their play seems to be tentative. Maybe, they're thinking too much. I'd just like to see them sell out more often; play with more aggression. This team has so much talent. They just haven't put it together, yet. I hope they do in the next two weeks. If not, it's gonna be a Jim Mora moment...coulda, woulda, shoulda.
