It was a definite LSU lovefest that Simms had going on. I loved how many times LSU was mentioned--then they plugged the LSU/Tennessee game. It was great!

I guess Simm's just likes saying things about colleges...because a couple of weeks ago he was doing a game with an AU running back (either Heath Evans or Rudi Johnson) and said "Basically, if you want to be a running back in the NFL, you go to Auburn, and then to the NFL. Which is sorta true.

Gotta love the talent in the SEC.

That is true about AU running backs.

Ya'll know that Phil Simms use to work for Haliburton out of Houma, La. He worked on my dads cement crew back in the 80's. My dad was his boss and said he was some young kid talking about waiting on some agent to contact him or something then he would be a QB in the NFL. Well ofcourse offshore alot of people tell alot of stories. My dad couldn't believe it when he first heard his name mentioned on TV. My dad said he even went thru his old time card duplicates just to be sure it was the same dude.

    Small world eh?

Other then that, it's about F time that the SEC get's some props from someone with a brain. The LSU gameday crews make me sick.

I agree and I expected Moroney to be the best rookie RB this year.

Addia has to share the load on a pass first team and Bush for obvious reasons wasnt going to get let loose by the Saints.

Norwood however looks awesome when he gets in the games for Atlanta.
