    You are ALL so right!

For as much knowledge that I've gained from reading this board, I certainly would say some compensation is in order! I'd make certain you were very well taken care of.

If you're ever in the Metairie store, I'm the manager with the (guess you could say) poofy hair! Actually, the manager with glasses works a little more to my favor. :hihi:

As for the Baton Rouge store, it has been opened for a couple of months now. The link to a review that was posted in this thread was for B.R.

I love Panera Bread! There are a few here in OKC, but I wish there were one closer to me.

I'm not a huge fan of Chinese food, though I still like Trey Yuen in Hammond.

Living single in Dallas in the late 90's when PF Chang's opened on the Dallas North Tollway and Frankford Road, I ended up in there because people went to see and be seen.

I didn't care much for it, but I get the lettuce wraps.

My husband is a big fan of Pei Wei, but I like it's Tex-Mex cousin, Tin Star better. Does anyone know if Tin Star is owned by the Pei Wei folks? Anytime you see a Pei Wei, there is a Tin Star in the same strip mall--and the dining facilities are very similar.

Haven't done Tin Star yet. I tried to go the other day but it was packed. I went to Dream Cafe instead which I would recommend for all Dallasites....

Never heard of it. I'm pretty sure they're not related!

Blade, Do you drive a civic hatchback or a rice racer?

A guy that works at a local chinese take out/delivery place over here has one hell of a civic. It must hit 140......

Yeah, that's me. I guarentee delivery in under 15 minutes (7 to cook, 8 to get there) or it's FREE! Please leave tip.

B.T.W. I prefer to call my car "The Rice Rocket"!

Trey Yuen is very good, as is Five Happiness down in New Orleans. Now if you can find the China Doll on the Westbank, you really have something special.

Are the 8.0, Greenville Country Club, and the Greenville Bar & Grill still open in Dallas? They were fun places in the 80's
