Well aware of that, sir. I'm of the opinion that the "close the borders" argument is past its time. A kid leaving the state shouldn't be something people get upset about.
Well of course you are going to say that, freaking gumps have been sniping talent from La for a few good years now. If there is a legitimate need at a position on the flag ship school for said state, and said school can't close the deal on some of the top talent in the nation that is within said borders then there is a problem and someone better damn well be upset about it.
