  2. I think its kinda funny when ya get all nasty like that Tiga...get some rest and hang in there Bro:thumb:
  3. bulimic.
  4. Why would he leave USC and all the talent he has to go back to a ballyard where he's been a failure ?

It's being said that the Bush scandal is about to blow up in his face, what with the publishing of the "Tarnished Heisman" book. I don't know. Have no idea about the contents of the book or if the sources are reputable.

But, IF there is a big problem looming with the possibility of serious NCAA sanctions, he may have reason to think the NFL attractive again. IF USC were to get hit hard, would he want to stick around ? IF USC gets seriously slapped, what other college job opportunities would be available at this juncture ? The NFL might be his only parachute.

Not saying anything sticks yet. Not accusing, just wondering about the rumor regarding his interest and trying to figure the whys and wherefores of his reported interest.

  5. Good points GGF. With the Bush thing and the fact that Pete has only been to one BCSCG with his pick of nationwide talent could be frustrating to him. He's not getting any younger. If he really wants to try the NFL one more time it must be very soon. I would not be surprise if he does it. I just think it would be stupid.
  6. It's possible that he knows the SH&t is about to hit the fan at SC over the Bush deal. That would be a good reason to bolt. And probably the only thing that would cause him to leave. :eek:ldskule:
  7. Anyone that can lose to the Stanford trees with a team like that and still be mentioned for the National Championship should stay right where he's at.
  8. This just in, Petey Carroll doesn't know anything about how the BCS system works.

In much the same way he isn't aware about any transgressions regarding Mr. Bush.

  9. You think that's funny? I am part owner of a company called Coullion Enterprises, a registered LLC in the State of Louisiana!

  10. The only reason I could see him leaving is if he knew about sanctions coming. But he seems like an honorable guy who wouldn't do something like that. But then again all coaches are liars.

But I will be shocked if he goes to the Falcons. USC keeps pulling in some incredible recruiting classes and they are NC contenders every year and why would anyone want to leave Southern California for Atlanta.
