<Edit: No Name-Calling> D-Mitch is our starting SG, and he's listed at 5'10 but is actually probably about 5'8". Tack is a generous 5'10". Whip is 6'2". Starting Guards in the NBA http://www.nba.com/playerfile/steve_nash/index.html (6'3") http://www.nba.com/playerfile/dan_dickau/index.html (6'0") http://www.nba.com/playerfile/kirk_hinrich/index.html (6'3") http://www.nba.com/playerfile/tony_parker/index.html (6'2") http://www.nba.com/playerfile/baron_davis/index.html (6'3") http://www.nba.com/playerfile/steve_francis/index.html (6'3") http://www.nba.com/playerfile/troy_hudson/index.html (6'1") http://www.nba.com/playerfile/bobby_jackson/index.html (6'1") http://www.nba.com/playerfile/tyronn_lue/index.html (6'0") http://www.nba.com/playerfile/david_wesley/index.html (6'1") yes, he still starts! That's just 10 starting guards within 1 inch. I'm sure you can find more if you spend more time.
So you are saying he shouldn't be a kid and enjoy high school? A kid could be hurt doing any number of things in high school, telling him to not play a sport he obviously enjoys is ridiculous. He should graduate early and leave his friends and class behind a semester early? I understand a lot of kids are ready to do this and do...but I don't think its something he should focus on if he doesn't want to.
Spears was being recruited by Duke to play basketball for them. That should be some indication of his basketball talent.
         You're exactly correct! Why, who cares if RP and his God-given talents help both the football and basketball teams to win a ridiculously high number of games the next few years. I'd trade in all those Ws---every single one---for a RP who's gosh-darn, aw shucks humble. You know, one who shies away from the camera and doesn't say a thing. Whatever...LOL. Excellent take. Positive rep points for you!
Hay bra don't come over here and tell me what’s best for LSU. You need to figure out how you’re going to deal w/Auburn choking against Ga T. I think he should give up bball and start learning the LSU playbook. Is he going to play bball for LSU? No. Remember when that baseball player hurt him self in a pickup game last year and missed the whole season b/c of basketball? I bet you would luv to see that happen to our All Star!
IM glad you wasted your time researching all that but RP is no point guard. I think he is a small forward. List me all the six two forwards out there.
you're obviously a vengeful UT or OU fan. Either way, we got the best of you and don't need your type around here. you bring absolutely nothing to the table. hope to see you in the Rose Bowl!
