1. Accepted.

What would be a suitable punishment from coach to player in this case? It seems to me that if Miles is adopting a "no bullsh**" discipline in the team, then suspending him indefinitely is suitable.

Again, this all assumes that the allegations are true.
  2. GOD! Will you guys chill out. The only thing he has knowingly done wrong is use his brother's ID card to get into a casino. That's it. There is no correlation between what he has done and Cecil Collins, Ricky Williams or Jack the Ripper. FELONY? Give me a break. Now you have him going to prison. Talk about the "jack story." Cheeeeez!:nope: :nope: :nope:
  3. A few weeks suspension would be acceptable. I certainly would not kick him off the team.
  4. I wouldn't either. But I would if he does it (or anything of similar or greater severity) again. No question.
  5. Fishhead, the media wouldnt even go as overboard as your post.:dis:
  6. As a young man, did you have a Federal Investigation hanging over your head, while using a fake ID? All of the press on this recruit is about his problems. Nobody posts about his stats. Why is that?
  7. Oh Puleeeeez. We are talking misdemeanor. Virtually everyone has committed a misdemeanor. When I was underaged I went into bars and got drinks. And you know what. Somehow I managed to avoid prision.
  8. I had and still am under the assumption the federal Investigation wasn't direct or intended for him. This seemed to be the story from several media outlets during that time.

    to answer your question no.

As far as punishment he'd be on a very fine line until fall and then the punishment would be doled out, perhaps a multi game suspension definitely no practice with the team, I just wouldn't go so far as to remove him form the team for this and only this.

I might state it to scare the bejesus out of him and hope it helps him to see the light . Again just going on what is based here on this matter alone.
  9. Did you use a fake (or someone else's) ID?

And a misdemeanor doesn't equal another misdemeanor. Prostitution is a misdemeanor.
    1 person likes this.
  10. What investigation hanging over his head? He was questioned and cleared and then did something most everyone has done.

Nobody posts on his stats because he has none, IMO the press make a story bigger when you cant talk about stats or anything else.
