Something tells me if this guy was of less importance to the team we'd be far less lenient.

This guy better get a clue and very damned fast.

I've never done it. No one in my family has ever done it. No one I know has ever done something this stupid.

    Crime is a staircase, pal.

    1) He has not been charged.

    2) There is no evidence that anyone passed his name on to federal authorities. He passed a bogus bill and it was identified. That was how he got implimented. Anyone can inadvertantly pick up a phony bill and pass it on. This incident certainly tells you absolutely nothing about his friends.

    3) You have never gotten a traffic violation? My, you ARE an angel, aren't you?

I repeat: just based on what has happened so far and what we know right now, I see no serious character flaws.

Then you have a small family and no friends?

IMO it's more youth is temporary. Some form of punishment sure, but indefinite for a small infraction nah, but like was stated above there could possibly be more going on behind the scenes that hasn't been brought to light.

I didn't intend to antagonize. I just wish people would stop acting like this is no big deal. Would you accept this behavior from a friend? A son?

Assuming the basic allegations are accurate, which seems a reasonable assumption, then RP is making some very stupid mistakes. Playing not with, but IN fire, and worse, making LSU look bad.

I'm sure you're right, but isn't the earlier problem (cntrftng) still under investigation? Or not?

Just a question I don't know the answer to.

I'm not saying it isn't a big deal more that kids do stupid things especially when they are surrounded by more kids without supervision. They can't all be perfect all the time.

No I'd definitely not stand for my son doing anything of the sort there would be hell to pay, but the punishment would have to fit the crime.

    I apologize for the comment.

I for one do think it is a major concern but I also know it will be made out to be a bigger deal than it should be. RP has an uphill batlle to fight from now on that will define his character. He has to go from this point on with no run ins and in order to do this he will have to make some changes in his life. However, he shouldnt be kicked off the team IMO, but I will agree with whatever LM decides since he is the one with the most information about RP.

There might still be an investigation but it doesnt involve RP anymore if there still is one. He has been cleared by the FBI.:thumb:
