RP has the "IT" factor. Physically he is the total package. As we all know that is only part of what a player needs to excel. If his head can continue to mature he will be unstoppable. It's all up to Ryan, the team and coaches will do their part. MF did not have the physical talent RP has but had his head right and was patient. It's amazing what a good manager of the game can do with just good talent.

Perrilloux has shown the talent. His leadership will only be as good as the people behind him. Not a bad crowd I say.
