Pelican Sports reporting Miles to UM, Pelini to LSU

One guy called em on it. He basically asked if they were so sure that they would bet their lives on it or something stupid, and they answered they were reporting what a source told them, but they trust their source.

 

Pelican? Pelican is a joke. I can't stand those guys. They have been anti-miles for a very long time. I jsut can't take listening to those guys.

 

I know the "Coach-Speak" routine but Les doesn't strike me as the type of person who would flat out lie to his players face. I say he is staying and we will have another damn strong team next year.

 

We shall see.

And FYI the michigan boards are lit up with the hope Miles is their next HC. I have a feeling they may be setting themselves up for a major heartbreak. For all his warts, I like Miles and hope he does stay which I think he will. I got a feeling he feels another NC is very possible in the near future at LSU.

 

If people are going to bash Miles' critics as if he deserved no criticism, I'll call them out on it. The pure haters are far and few between so that tired argument needs to be canned. This isn't the place to lay Miles leaving at the feet of critical thinkers such as myself.

I've been a critic, but I'll miss Miles if he goes. There aren't many out there with his character, he has won a ton of games, he has recruited his ass off, and will go down as one of LSU's greatest coaches.

Curiously enough, I thought our OC did a pretty good job today when JJ was executing. I'm much more worried about our QB coach than our OC.
