I have used Paypal twice and twice I wound up getting screwed.I won't use them ever again. I had to get postal inspectors involved to get my money back. From my perspective, they are just a fraud enabler and place the burden of proof on the end customer as opposed to the seller. Postal inspectors explained to me how it all works. Basically it involves fake tracking and proof of delivery. Paypal makes the customer prove it instead of the crooked seller.
I use it for my website because most people trust it. But I look for this to be a common theme with most financial institutions moving forward.
