In four years, a new party can replace every GOP Representative in the House who is perceived as hostile. They also could likely peel off a lot of Democrat Socialists Sympathizers in swing areas. In 6 years, they can peel off every GOP Senator who they perceive as hostile. In four years, they can take over every State Houses and pass laws that cut the nuts off the National Democrat Party. State Laws put in place to prevent what just happened on NOV 3rd, ... for example, eliminating computer auditing machines, tracking laws for all mail-in ballots, requiring IDs on ALL ballots and laws PREVENTING the Governor or State Court from subverting election laws would have completely destroyed Biden in this last election. The path to a Constitutional Republic is still on the table. HOWEVER .. I will have to agree with you it's not likely to happen, because unfortunately, the "body politic" .. ie., "politicians" ... are about the stupidest people walking on the face of the planet.
When you say Republican party are you referring to voters either registered as Repulican as well as those who identify as conservatives or libertarian or are you referring to Republican elected officials. If you mean the voters I think a very large percentage of the 75 million who voted for Trump would agree.
I can only speak for two of us. My wife & I. We certainly aren't happy, but we aren't ready to abandon the GOP and jump to a new party. Particularly one founded by Trump.
And that is why you are blind to what is going on all around you. I have been a registered republican since I was old enough to register. The have done nothing but consistently let me down. They talk a good game but even when they have the numbers they get bullied and give in to the left. You are either too old or too stupid to realize it, maybe or probably both but NO ONE has any confidence in the GOP besides you. This new party, if done right is exactly what is needed. It will catch on and spread faster than covid.
