USCvball will say otherwise, but I like the sound of at least half of the arrangement! :D

Giving your phrase a Louisiana spin, you mean "frying fish together" !

Au contraire mon frere. LSU will be just fine with me in the NC this year as long as USC is the other half. :hihi:

I gotta' think JoePa is coming to the end of the coaching line and I hope PSU has a good year but they won't have an NC type of year.

PT, please don't encourage her, she's bad. :hihi:

I think it's a good thing for coaches to visit/share ideas and have different ideas in their reportoire.

JoePa and his staff went to visit Texas the year before they went to the Orange Bowl to understand how to better use Mike Robinson. Maybe they can have another season like. I grew up in Southwestern Pa, so I have a lot of affection and respect for Joe and the Lions. They're easily my second favorite college. As a matter of fact, they're probably the only other college who's games I'll watch beginning to end. I own some swag from them as well.

It's good to see a legend like Joe talking to Les. Even though the trip was meant as a learning experience for the PSU staff, I'm willing to bet Les and his boys got something out of the deal too.

in an effort to get back on topic....

i agree. and just as coach miles has not had too big an ego to surround himself with top assistants, it seems he also doesnt have too big an ego to know he can always learn something new from other coaches.

This is a good point! I believe he enjoys learning things from others and doesn't believe that this makes him "less" of a coach!!!! I likes him!!!

BTW, good to see you typing away!!!
