    Well .. there ya go RED ... the Athletic Director is no different.

    Grad student reported to Paterno who reported to the AD. .... and THAT is my point. The guy at the top is the one responsible for pushing forward. Paterno had a team to coach.

    I don't see Paterno as anything but a step in the process .. but like you .. the MANAGER ... the AD is the one who should roll.
