Ideally I'd like to see Charlie Weis's genius with this offense, but it won't happen...

So I'd take any proven assistant, preferably defensive minded, b/c i think the offense's talent will speak for itself.

I'd go with Mike Singeltary (spelling). He has been long overdue now.

Pete Carroll would want a Dolphins-Nick Saban type deal where Pete would have total personnel control. That isn't going to happen with Jerry Jones.
