I can't understand how the women in that part of the world just don't up and leave those dirty bastards behind. they cant. they are property. even if they are beaten within an inch of their life, if they try to leave, they will be returned by the authorities to their husbands. that part of the world also routinely has "honor killings" in which if the female dishonors the family, male relative will kill them to keep the family honor. if the husband didnt have her returned, leaving the husband could "dishonor" her family and cause a male relative to kill her. often the families have the younger males do it so they will get off with no punishment more easily than the father or older brothers. women in that part of the world are chattel. nothing more. "just leaving" could easily be suicide.
That is an interesting statement. The Blackhawks and Chinook helicopters used are notoriously unstealthy aircraft. This suggests that we either jammed or spoofed the Pakistani air defense radars. Or that their air defense system has exploitable gaps and their air traffic controllers fall asleep at night, too.

So I guess it's like how here in the states a woman in an abusive relationship usually just sticks it out and blames herself? I read somewhere that in the muslim world, a concubine can be killed for just about anything, but a wife can only be killed if she really does something wrong, like dishonors the man. Look I'm pretty liberal, and I think all people are created equal, and I know that there are muslims out there that don't think like this, but this religion is a disease.
