It was one hell of run by LSU over the last few weeks! You can't win them all, and a loss isn't always that bad of a thing going into tournament time...

almost impossible for me to watch a replay when they lose. you wouldnt think it would be that hard but it is. at least for me.

 

Did Johnson pull some good players to let them rest for the tournaments? I know many teams do that once they've already clinched a conference title.

 

And yet if LSU made half the shots they took in the first half, it's a much different ball game. Giving up the points to big post guys hurts, but it's the combination of that and going cold for long periods that kills us in these kind of games.

All credit to Vandy, but yet again absolutely atrocious officiating, particularly that old ref. Never ceases to amaze me how all through the season we can't get any contact under the basket called but LSU gets every touch foul called against them.

lol, LSU really doesn't have players to "pull." As it is there are only two guys off of the bench that are worth a damn (as far as scoring goes.) Quentin and Terry Martin. Could you imagine Q, Terry, Alex, Storm and ... uhhmm who's the WB walk-on? Anyhow, I couldn't see how that lineup would even come within 40 of Vandy much less 10. :yelwink2:
