    You don't have to be military to know that. Just have to buy the kit which is legal to sell as long as the dealer doesn't sell the weapon at the same time. It is illegal to modify for full auto but it's also illegal to shoot people, even if all you have is a single shot .22.

    What was very odd was that the shooting started just after 10 PM local time. The FBI called his brother at 1 am Florida time to ask them questions.

    I heard some video this morning and it sure didn't sound like an m4 but did sound like some modified hand crank or bump stock. More the former.

    Which was kind of my point. I was responding to someone who said the guy "just went off," which implies a road rage kind of connotation. Obviously the guy was crazy, and obviously he planned this very carefully
