1. The major difference is that they used to win SEC and National Championships.
  2. Watch the next few years as we do that again.
  3. I think I'd win one before boasting.
  4. I'm guessing the gators might have something to say about that ultimately, regardless of how you finish out your season. And then there is next year without a returning starter at QB. That always seems to work out well.
  5. Good point. I'm excited about next year obviously, but we will have a QB without much game experience with either McElroy or Jackson getting the nod to start.

Good news is that we will have a lot of people back like Ingram, Julio, Coffee, and a whole lot of the defense.

Bad news is that T. Cody, Andre Smith, and JPW will be gone... :bncry:
  6. JPW obviously won't be back since he's a senior, and Andre Smith is projected as a top 5 NFL pick and is amost certain to leave, but Cody will likely return. NFL scouts like him, but most experts believe he needs another year of college experience first and I'd give at least 4-1 odds he stays another year.
  7. Mel Kiper labeled him a first round pick. He's a draft guru. What other "experts" are you referring to?

Given the fact that this year is the year to get out (due to our new President), I think Cody is good as gone--and I wouldn't blame him.
  8. I think the new rookie salary cap that's going to happen is the reason to leave now. I don't think Obama has a vote on that one.

Besides, what difference does it make (as far as President) if he leaves now or next year?
