Yes there are. I highly recommend the D-Day Museum in New Orleans for visitors to the Sugar Bowl. And you can think about them while you're freezing your ass off shoveling snow for the next 6 months. I'm as proud of the tigers accomplishments as anyone here, but some are saying the same things that the aubbies and bammers were saying. LSU has not faced a back field like auburn has, and LSU has not faced a running back like bama has. I too believe that OU will face a different type of defense than they have faced all year. We will also face a different offense and a better defense than UGA has in my opinion. I suggest that we leave off the "You have not faced" in our comments. If our tigers do not bring their "A" then OU will be saying "we still have not faced a better defense". I'm confident that LSU will win, and it will not be a 42-0 score, that is total lack of respect. What happened to OU is very similar to our game with UF. It does not matter if we lost 19-7, we lost and we didn't score a damn point on offense.

It is sad that a thread fostering good discussion about the upcoming game is ruined by opposing fans who choose to use insults and cries of the past. First of all, if you really think OU will "carve up" LSU's pass defense without a running game, you are nuts. Second, the past doesn't win games today or tommorow. Also, Bud Wilkinson paid players and cheated constantly. Barry Swittzer continued the tradition. Stoops is a good man, but those wonderful MNCs before Stoops are built on trash. Finally, screw anybody who wants to insult the south to make themselves feel better or to cover up their lack of a good argument. Stay on your own board and pat yourselves on the back there. I feel the same way about LSU fans who do it, too. We don't need you or them.
