In 2011, a research poll of American Muslims, only 81% thought the suicide bombings (jihad) should never happen. You are left with another 19% who either think it's right or can't make up their mind. It would be one thing if he actually knew the facts.

Aren't there 12% that believe it is ok in some form (according to your numbers) and another 6% that don't really want to answer? That would be 19% that don't overwhelmingly reject it.
