I really don't. I don't like to bet against LSU and I'm afraid if I bet on them it will jinx them.

Saban, when ge realized he could not pull Jameis Winston because the baseball facilities were sub par, had the admin build brand new baseball facilities so that they would never lose a recruit over that one aspect alone. Amazing the amount of cash they poured into the baseball facilities, just for that.

Saban is a once in a life time coach. Sure he gets beat, but as far as a consistently coaching for championships he is at the top alone. Comparing any coach to him is short sided. With that said screw the midget!!! He showed no loyalty to us at LSU so let him drop and let the birds eat him. He wasn’t the coach he is now when we got him, he grew into that role. LSU was a big part of that growth along with the Miami failure. I’ve said it before, if all you care about is winning trophies, he’s your guy.

As far as O, he has the opportunity to grow into a great coach if he learns from his mistakes and grows. He WILL HAVE TO stay out of his coaches way though. We will see if he gets a ST coach next year and show he can recognize that his consultant is not working. He has shown promise by getting out the way after “the meeting” so there is hope. My concern is I hope he has left behind some of his questionable recruiting methods. With the hammer falling all over college programs he will have to watch closely that his staff & himself are following the rules. If you think we are struggling now, let sanctions fall on us and tell me how we’re doing.

For our weekend game we will have to have great O line play in opening holes and protecting Danny. Danny will also have to know he will have to make quick decisions and complete the 5-8 yard pass with consistency. On Defense my only concern is can we keep the pace for 60 minutes with our limited roster. Hopefully the O can sustain enough drives to give them the rest they need. I always like our chances better in Bama than at home.

Look, I'm not looking to get into a squabble w/you. It's just that for 10-12 months, not days or weeks, but months, you have been on here propping Miles and condemning Oeaux. If you have insider information on Oeaux's private life, and don't support him, I get that. That's fine. I don't and it's Alabama week, so I'm pulling for my team.

Regarding Troy and a missed extra point, I think you mean FLA. If FLA had kicked the extra point, then we wouldn't have run out the clock and would have tried to score at the end. Excuses like missed EPs and FGs can be used in countless other scenarios, like LSU missing FGs against Troy. They don't apply except to someone w/an agenda looking for an excuse. LSU deserved to lose to MSU and Troy, they were outplayed. We deserved to beat FLA b/c we outplayed them.

If we are using missed field goals as an excuse for a loss to Troy we have issues.
