I haven’t been very positive or a big fan of the O hire and even I think that article and all the rationale behind the negative opinions on LSU’s season is hogwash. Yes, LSU has a lot of question marks heading into the season but also a lot of talent too. Our front 7 will be legit. We have Greedy and Delpit in the secondary and a lot of young talent to bring along with their leadership. Our O-Line will be strong helping out our young RB’s and inexperienced QB and we should have a very strong WR corps. Sallee is a troll. LSU could be staring 8-0 in the face and he would still find a way to spew hate and garbage. Coach O managed to pull 9 wins out last year after 2 of the worst losses in LSU history (State & Troy) and with a ton of injuries along the O-Line, D-Line and Guice being banged up. The wheels could have fallen off but he kept it together. Gets a plus from me in that regard. I’m Just gonna watch and support this football team regardless. Geaux Tigers
Yea, I thought the team was going to mail it in after Troy. Then ripped off win after win. Hell, just think if we made 1 extra FG vs ND and LSU was a 10 win team. They would have LSU projected as 2nd or 3rd in the west.
True but his pussy decision in that game gave you insight to his thinking. You go for that 100 of 100 times. He's already into post apocalyptic Les miles mentality. There's nothing worse than a coach who coaches scared.
So 2 minutes left in the game up 3 with our defense is where coach wanted to be... He or aranda can't help that the starting corner and the starting safety look like they've never attempted a table before... Only worse "tackle" in a similar situation occurred a few weeks later against the Vikings...
