If we are any where near five hundred for conference play I think he should be a candidate for coach of the year. We were projected to be dead last in the conference.

I think he will stick sround for a while. How many better jobs are there ?
Rebounds are not always about height. If there are loads of 3s the rebounds can be long and it becomes more about quick.

Coach K is getting pretty old. I hope he retires before Wade really makes a name for himself. Louisville has an interim coach for this season.

I like that he got the team to really focus on rebounds and defense, albeit just for one game. To an extent they carried it on to the win over OM; if they could redouble their efforts and execute vs Bama I’ll be mighty impressed.

Louisville is closer to home and has a long history. Kinda toxic right now though.

Probably a better chance he gets fired than becoming the next hc at Duke.

    14-10 (5-7)
    5-8 14-11 L65-80 atBama 16-9 (7-5) [L66-74]
    6-8 15-11 W64-63 Mizzou 17-8 (7-5)

I was sad to be right on Bama (too athletic), glad to be wrong on Mizzou (not as athletic as advertised). I picked our next two games as wins. Three game win streak seems to be asking for a lot, especially with one on the road. If we could get to 17 wins with 2 left, that puts us at .500 in conference, with a good chance at .500 and 18 wins in conference if we split the final two.

That’s a tall order for this team, but should that be delivered, getting to 20 wins via SEC tourney seems damn near impossible. We’ll be near mid pack, probably lower than 7 which means we’ll have an uphill struggle. We don’t seem built for a big run at the end. I’d hope 18 wins gets us into NIT, which means WW deserves a statue.

Better than the last place this team eas supposed to be. Wades old team has crashed and burned under his replacement.
The futures so bright you h ave to wear shades.
