I am not saying that Jefferson looks as bad as I thought He would be. Instead, I can tell that he did make progresses during the off season and looked a bit sharper than last year. I am saying that's an unfair treatment for Jarret Lee, and that's all. I hope from my heart that JJ lives up to the expectation of CLM and leads us to a NC.
JJ is looking pretty confident and pretty darned good. Looks like we have two QBs that can manage a game which, to me, spells National Championship. Hopefully, Eric Reid is okay Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I guess that was kind of what my point was. Barring the whole Shady's incident, the hype was pretty big around Jefferson. Who's to say it wasn't accurate? I guess we'll see. I am glad however, that we had Lee in waiting to step up when the time came, and that he did so very well. I've always wanted him to have some shot at redemption since the 2008 season. I've got a feeling we'll need the both of them from here on out. Hell, at this rate, Lee will come in and finish the half, the Mett will get the second half.. :hihi:
Me too!!! I've always hoped he would progress but watched through 26-27 starts as he continued to make high school decisions and mistakes. I hope & pray the light bulb clicked as we can't afford to revert to last year with Lee being called upon to save the day. Even so...there's no doubt Lee was screwed.
