While I agree his OLines have been very inconsistent at best, he did do a great job last season keeeping a functional OL intact after all of the injuries. Wish him the best.
That was probably by default. I wouldn't give him credit for anything. He is not a coach. He does not develop players. His name in the NFL is mud (and for good reason). He was dead weight and this move should have been made a couple of years ago.

You're not implying that the friendship they have would cause Henson to step down from an OC position from a team that surpassed all expectations this season in winning 11 games and lit it up offensively? The guy is much closer in line for a head coaching gig than to go backwards down to an O-line coach. I would have a hard time between Cam and Josh as to who would deserve OC of the year award.
