Bama. Most complete team. UT. Season hangs on Clausen, but so far he has played smart. UGA. Shockley suprises many, Me included, and looks like he is a leader. LSU. Season depends on whether or not Pelini lets the defense play their game. Auburn. Mediocre QB, but good base around him. UF. Best QB in the league, worst offense for his style.
Without even looking at other reponses, here's my take: 1-Alabama 2-Tennessee 3-Georgia 4-LSU 4-Florida (tie)
Shoot me if you want, but what I have seen so far from this coaching staff, we lose to UF, Alabama, and Auburn. two of those games handidly. Why they all have an offense. And our D coord. gets confused by teams with an offense So I would say 1. Alabama 2. UT 3. UF 4. UGA 5. Auburn 6. LSU Then the rest of the guys which is irrelevant.
If UT is as high as all of you have them, then we have no business saying the SEC is the toughest conference. That team has proven nothing except that they can take advantage of soft zone. Bama Georgia UF,LSU,Tenn - tie Auburn - Not far behind the 3 way tie
Sad but true. you nailed it man. We'll improve though, lot's of football left I said early this year Bama was hiding and laying low. I think it would be OUR WAY UP to beat them at their home. THEN that turns our season for us and we DOMINATE UT in the SEC CG or UGA we have an axe to grind against either of them. If we can beat florida and AU that'll be a big shove too. :yelwink2:
LSU-favorable schedule UGA-favorable schedule Bama-Prothro's injury hurts UT-QB controversy isnt over Aub-ends up with better SEC record than UF
