    We can relate. Our AD replaced an old and respected LSU Tiger-head logo without getting any feedback first. The new logo has been widely criticised, not only because it is really bad, but because they paid out-of-state designers to come up with it. Everybody hates it. They call it "Toonces" or the "Hurricane logo".

    CRAWFISH has gone on record saying that the logo will be replaced after this season and he is never wrong. :hihi:

    They do this in hoping the opponent will have mercy and not run it up on them later! :)

    I could stomach the entire thing STAGED BY LSU if:

    A) There were visual props to go along with the fight song (see "c" below)

    B) The band "GOOFED" musically and made fun of the fight song like adding the theme from the "Stripper" at the end and such or playing Looney Tunes as background.

    C) The opposition team mascot or LSU's own prop of their mascot was getting stomped and kicked by the LSU mascot, like an Auburn Tiger could be getting swung 360 deg around by the tail.

    Myself, I would not notice if our band played some other song. I'm just not that tuned to the band during a game.
