Another interesting facet for LSU is out backup QB, Matt Flynn. He was dynamite last year in the Peach Bowl against Miami. He doesn't have the arm strength that Russell has, but he may be more accurate on short and medium routes, and he's more mobile that Russell. If the coach wants to go with a changeup on offense, we are capable of doing that.
Don't worry, I am not saying we don't have our work cut out for us. I respect your team and feel you are very good. If UA is going to have a chance, we have to put a lot of pressure on Russell and stop the run. Can we do both? I don't know. We also have to run the ball. We don't score on you unless we do. I have been saying this is the toughest game of the year for us. Do we have a chance? Yes. A good one? No. My hope is that we play well and make it close. I will be happy if you beat us by 10 or less and there are no injuries to either team.
And scary fast for big receivers. The SEC is a fast league and LSU is fast in the SEC. How does Arizona's team speed look?
how has the replacement of mike bell gone thus far? im a bronco fan so i have seen waht a great impact his loss could have on your team. does tui have good mobility and do you play outside the pocket much since your right OL is so inexperienced?
Personally I have always enjoyed watching LSU play at home. You have great fans and a great stadium. We have great team speed. It has been written that we are the only team in the PAC 10 that can run with USC.
Henry played a good game despite what the stats say. He is really big and fast. He was the CA 100 meters champ in 2002. I believe he beat Reggie Bush, but I am not sure. Tui has good mobility, but he isn't going to hurt you with a QB sneak. He will avoid the pass rush, but look to throw first, before running.
I am curious if any team was to beat LSU this year, what would they have to do? Prayer or miracles are not valid answers.
