Well if the Big East commissioner is also the BCS commissioner, there's no way in hell that piece of sh!t conference loses their automatic bid; regardless of what reality tells us.
I agree. But I think there is a NCAA rule that states a conference must have 12 teams to have a championship game. I don't see the Big 10 or Pac 10 jumping at the opportunity to add teams.
correcion: he WAS the BCS comissioner. It' the Big 12 comish that runs the BCS now. (not sure how often, but the six confernces rotate)
The Big 11 would love nothing more than to add ND to it's conference and set up a 12 team conference with a championship game. There is no incentive for ND to do this however... :rofl: They will hold out until ND agrees to join, which may never happen.
Pathetic is the fact that ESPN Classics and FOXSUCKS are both showing a replay of the USC/Fresno ST game right now. Two stations showing a replay of the same game. I wonder if that has happened before? The media is in overdrive.
