i'm not arguing anything. i was just impressed that you knew that nagin is wrong about his claims of god's intentions. i figured you have been keeping in contact with god about his stance on the chocolatizing of cities. but you corrected me when you said you really do not know, it was just your opinion that god hasnt talked to nagin. my mistake.

 

Maybe just maybe RayRay made the comments because of all the Hot Tamales working to rebuild the city and he does not want them to get settled.:thumb:

notice the part where I said "and act like it corresponds to all of that race."

I make generalizations about groups of people, but every person has a blank slate & proves who they are to me. I have no preconceived notions about a person simply because of their color. Just because it's a generalized truth for a race, doesn't mean it's true for an individual of that race.

 

The guy's just another natural disaster.

 

Instead of doing the Cooper show he cancels an hour before air time with the excuse of an emergency, and then the camera crew follows him to Bourbon street where he goes and eats dinner. Must have been really hungry.

 

So now the apology flows. Outstanding. I'd have more respect for him if he stood his ground. While his remarks were offensive, I could accept it better if he had the balls to hold his ground. I've seen some politicians crawfish before but this is a masterpiece.

Yesterday, his tone of voice was settled, appeared thoughtful and contrite. On Monday, he sounded like Louis Farrakhan (sp ?). Go figure.
