Possibly the same way Josh booty was 1st team all sec and coach K has never been coach of the year. I got some coonass boudin from a local joint and I thought it was sausage. Basically no rice. Hated it. Some love it. I also dislike crawfish boudin. Funky taste to me. Just give me some Jerry Lee's or anything similar. I'm tired of buying the plain stuff supplied in all the local marts. Bergerons is the supplier I think. It's better than nothing however.
Got ahold to Dons and they will ship right after Christmas, I can live with that........as always you guys are right there with the answer I need. We make a 25lb order and snow days are a lot better at PawPaws house when there is Boudin in the freezer and snow on the mountain...... makes for one happy nine yr old ( that is our pride and joy ) gonna give these guys a call and see f they can hook me up, On snow days he goes skiing and then likes to come back home and eat, Boudin is his favorite snack food and he is born N.C. Pretty easy to make. I make about 50 lbs a year, in batches, spread throughout the year. Dons boudin is dog food for all you whistlers out there. They should ban that shit for actually calling it boudin. So foul
