Officials??

I was thinking last night, Why is it that in any CFB, the referees miss so many calls, get so many wrong, seem biased in a lot of cases, etc. In the NFL, you hardly ever see a this, but it is in every CFB game. And inconsistency. Why was high stepping into the endzone unsportsmanlike in the game last night, but most of the Flips into the endzone not?
What will it take to get real officiating crews in CFB?o:

 

That should have never been called in a bowl game. The NCAA will soon become the No Fun League.

 

As I recall, most of the dives/flips were flagged if nobody was close to them.
