In all honesty, it's just unfortunate for LSU because Marist has had some BIG breaks.... that 4 spot in the first should have been 1 run at most...

 

I keep waiting for a big inning from LSU...Opportunities have been there so far (W. Harris hasn't helped). they'll get to this guy sooner or later. hopefully sooner than later.

 

Marist is a small school -- located in Poughkeepsie, NY (I think).

I like Meier so far though, seeing what he's doing today, I like my chances of him as our third starter... He needs to work on his pitch selection a little, but he definately still has the stuff that made him so great last year. WHAT THE HELL?! they put the Taco in...
