What exactly IS a foul?!?! So often I see players disrupt a play while making NO contact, and whistle blows. Ervin went around Whipple in the first half, and Whipple gave him the "ole'", no contact, yet a foul. Campbell goes up, Minor swats the ball so that Campbell flails awkwardly and the whistle blows. IS contact necessary for it to be a legit foul?
