    Abrams on MSNBC just explained the provisional ballot thing very clearly.

    So Ohio is done. Bush wins. Out of the 200K ballots, you would expect maybe 1/3 or 1/4 are actually legitimate cases for people being allowed to vote and being allowed for their vote to count. That would mean only 50K to 70K tops would actually count. And Kerry is 140K behind. And who the hell says that ALL of these people would be democrats anyway? Christ!

    So Kerry needs to wake up tomorrow and give his concession speech. Of course, only after a long love making session with Edwards. One last time, you know, for the road.

    reporting bush and camp is pissed since its so obvious and for reasons LSU99 noted. he wants to make some type of statement. even if it is nucular in nature.
