    Ohio will be contested and thrown into the courts if this thing is within 50,000 votes.

    State constitution requires a recount if its less than .025 percent difference.

    Bush now up by 117,000 votes in Ohio

    87.3 percent reporting

    Supposedly there are 250,000 provisional ballots that will be contested. Even with a 60/40 Kerry split on these, that makes up only 50,000 votes.
