You do agree Sheppard is pretty lousy at this point?

I don't see Baker missing his assignments any worse. That's all I am saying.

Not only is it possible; it is likely.

I wouldn't say lousy, but he's making a lot of mistakes. Would Baker be better or at least not worse? Well, I have no idea, but obviously the coaches think it would be worse.

Then we agree...for the most part.

I don't think any of us...at least not me...have any real idea how good Baker is or isn't. Bottom line though, what's on the field now isn't getting the job done. Period.

I've seen Baker on special teams, and he has "fire". I would like to see some "fire" infused into this defense...and offense for that matter. Hell, let him play WR for that matter.

I wouldn't be so sure since Miles has shown some partiality towards upper classmen. He's definitely a hard hitting sum buck.

Miles definitely favors upper classmen, but Baker has seen no playing time at LB. If he knew the defense, he would be seeing PT - even if he wasn't starting.

Dissapointing for sure. Can't be so lethargic out of the gates against Bama, surely we turn it on in the second half cause anything less than a smear is a loss imo.
