Well, one CBS anchorman predicted that LSU will be all-fired up with Miles' decision to turn down a once-in-a-lifetime chance for his dream job at Michigan, in favor of staying at LSU. Yet, he still thinks that we will only "sneak by" Tennessee. Can't blame him -- from an unbiased perspective the Vols are just as loaded as talent as Florida, LSU, and Georgia. Just go look at how their recruiting classes have ranked over the last several years. The other CBS anchorman seemed to think LSU had a pretty good shot at the BCS title game if we win.
The shot only comes into play, IMO, if both Missouri and West Virginia lose. Without both of them losing (and WV losing is the biggest long-shot), Tigers go to the Sugar if they win.
That was awesome watching the teams come out on the field -- First comes Tennessee running out on the field... all their fans blanketed in orange and cheering their hearts out. I was thinking "wow, what a program." Then come LSU running out on the field... and the stadium fills with this deafening roar.... now that's what I'm talking about!!!
