This is exactly how we have played the last half of the season. Making stupid mistakes, penalties, bad play calling in certain situations, dropped interceptions, burning stupid timeouts. This is par for the coarse. This is a very talented team but they dont have much attention to detail. Sloppy and undisciplined. I dont know if it is coaching or the players just dont make good decisions and are not thinking. But either way it has been going on all year. Teams we should be handling stay in the game with us and beat us in the end. I have been a Les Miles supporter all along but i do think he bears alot of the responsibility for this team not having their heads in the game and playing sharp. I dont know if he is leaving or not. I hope not but i dont want to ever experience the situation he put this team through ever again. If so he can leave now. Because LSU deserves better. It is so hard to watch this team misfire time after time with penalties and poor play calls at key times.
While everyone is picking on the offense I will point out that another trip in the red zone by an opponent another TD. I don't think this team could stop Notre Dame in the red zone.:dis: This team is inconsistant, the only thing that is consistant is that we are bad in the red zone. I do realize the defense outside of that has played a good first half.
