Just watched Miles after practice interview from yesterday, and he was calm but underneath seemed...smoldering. Did not pick up one bit of frustration on his part. As competitive as he is, I expect this to be a reflection of what this team does. He said they are very anxious to play Saturday. I am optimistic. :miles: http://www.tigersportszone.net/articles/les-miles-post-wednesday-practice-q-a-2
I just hope they have a sound defensive scheme with no confusion on the part of the players. I am sure Spurrier will have his bag of tricks ready to get even.
Man... where's all the excitement and buzz? Don't let the game last week prevent us from being riled up... because if you're not pumped up, the terrorists win.
I love the match ups with LaFell and Byrd. The will have corners Munnerlyn (5-9) and Stoney Woodson (5-11) to work on so advantage the tall dudes in P&G for the jump ball. Key is pass protection cause the cocks are gonna bring it hard from different reads, something Lee was hard to pick up on last week.
On game day, Lee and Kirk picked SC. Of course, Lee is a moron who picked Smelly as his game changer of the week, (and he is not even starting), and then he said that SC would upset Clemson tonight. Anyway, this is good news, if the team uses it as more motivation. I look for a tough, close game, that LSU wins in the 4th. Nothing new there.
I hate to bring this up, but damn Ole Miss looks great even in their losses. If they had better athletes, they'd be something else. If LSU played the way the Rebs play (with enthusiasm,) it could be something special. Hopefully LSU's players want to wash themselves of the embarrassment from last week and play some real tough football. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!
