Lee plays better 2nd half. He's settling in. Don't forget about Lafell having 2 big-time plays dropped. Our line is getting it done. Our defense is showing aggresion.. even if it's not as much as we want. It's better than nothing. We'll be fine.
I am a spoiled fan. I cant deny that. I am used to seeing a high quality LSU team on the field. This looks like a Dinardo coached team right now. I cant go back to those days. I just cant.
Short term memory? We didn't exactly light the world on fire after our '03 title.... and we turned out fine.
I would also like to add the fact that our defense is virtually non-existent besides that fumble recovery. Pitiful defense. Let's just let Garcia run all over us the entire game. It should be an interesting offseason in terms of the defensive coordinator situation...
I may just be optimistic.. but we've been a 2nd half team for a while. At least since i've been watching.. Lee throws for 2 TD and either RM/KW score a TD in the 2nd half. :LSU231: What exactly do you have in mind that would pressure the QB, cover WRs, and spy the QB all at the same time?
To be honest, Lee reminds me of a RS fresh QB we had not too long ago named Jamarcus. Can make all the throws on the field can only make it through 2 reads then unloads a throw with a lot of zip but no touch. I don't know how anyone really expected to be in the NC hunt this year. In all honesty with the dropoff we've had this year it'll be a suprise to be in the hunt for the SEC west. Take a deep breath and realize that this might be a down year. Then realize how lucky that a down year is 8-4 or 9-3 and not 3-9 or 4-8 like it was in the 90's
