That's like not flying these days. Every time you get out there it's a chance. Aren't they risking getting struck by lightning with those big tall lights too? This isn't the 4th quarter and they're not Al Queda, they're Ole Piss.
This is true, but why increase the risk when the possibility of reward is somewhat remote. Fortunately this is ole piss and we can reasonably rest assured that those 38 seconds aren't going to come back and haunt us. Imagine how many people would be calling for Miles' head if JR went out for the season on a busted play right before halftime? Now if this were the Tenn game all over again i'd be singing a different tune.
Making that long completion early was nice, but why don't we have an intermediate passing attack? Its short or long, but rarely in between. In between would be just right. The radio is saying Russell is not seeing wide open receivers. How bad is it? I'm going to get off of work so I'll get to see the second half.
The camera angles don't show other receivers...there could be some open but no way to tell from the TV broadcast. The pass that was intercepted was a beauty. Tad bit overthrown, but away enough for Buster to make the play.
Is it just me, or do all of you and every defensive coordinator in the country notice that 95% of the time that hester is in the game the ball is either going to him or they run a pass play..? pretty damn obvious tell if you ask me..
something i've noticed in this game is alot less of the 2 tight end sets... they run much better with 3 wideouts on the field.. spreads out the defense...
You're kidding right? Hawthorne is outrageously bad and fatalistic to the end. He thinks a 3yd cushion is "no one within 30 yards of him".
