Official LSU vs Florida Game Thread

We were in great position on great play calls. We just need to break down, bend our knees and tackle..no different then when you are eight.

 

Florida played like the better team in the 1st half.

Tebow looks like the clear front-runner for Heisman.

Where is Glenn Dorsey?

We miss Early Doucet terribly.

Florida did not make a single mistake, except for one dropped pass. Zero penalties.

Gators are getting away with holding.

LSU special teams are sad.

 

Seriously, I don't understand the first half.
Florida must've played their worst game of the season against AU at home.
I thought Tivo is young, he will make a few mistakes but I also thought we
could slow him down.
I hope we are able to make halftime adjustments and play better the second
half!

 

LSU cannot handle mobile QB's. I knew it would come back to bite us in the arse after the way I saw them play any mobile backup we played against. As someone stated earlier, we need to stop just rushing the QB from the outside and just hold him in there so he doesn't run around them.
There were so many things wrong with the 1st half, yet we are only down 2 scores. It is a game of momentum and we always have a great first drive out of halftime. Thats where it can start.

 

none of us want to admit it, but Florida is just playing better than we are right now. Need to settle down, score on first possession and just go to work on defense. Wouldn't hurt to tackle somebody - T is slippery.

And just because i am crying about the refs dont mean i am wrong about it.

Fla. doesnt have 1 penalty against the No. 1 defense.


If you watch Tebows last touchdown look in the background at the Fla. lineman holding our guy so he cant release and get to tebow.


This is why most people hate you trailer trash Bama people.

 

A nice long grinding time consuming touchdown drive is in order. Stay at home on defense. Quit trying to knock somebody out and just make a sure tackle. Cut out mistakes.

 

and where the H is our deep passing game? thought their db's weren't supposed to be so hot.
