Official LSU vs Florida Game Thread

We have regulars here who are fans of other universities. Quite a few of them even contribute money to assist with keeping the place running. Most of them contribute in ways that go far beyond monetary contributions though. Their continued posts and opinions are part of the fabric of the forum.

They are welcome here any time, not just during the weeks and days when their teams play LSU. The same goes for you. Stick around long term and you'll enjoy the place. :thumb:

Really didn't mean for us to get off on such a tangent, not trying to be mean-spirited. The humorous part of a gator responding is because of calls made at last years AU\LSU game that were not very humorous to folks here. I am well aware that SEC officiating is not balanced, just talking about things that I noticed last week that do not jump out in replays.

The O'Connell center thing happened; man, we have a different time frame perspective, in 1981. Before AU's first game in the Center. NCAA rules mandated that Auburn would be allowed to practice in the game venue. We were not, and it was a detriment to Auburn's play in the first half (We lost 66-69). Kinda my sore spot when I talk about gators.

Grad is correct about this board, there are several fans from opposing schools who spend a great deal of time here. Great conversation with great folks. It is easy here to gather an appreciation for the things that make LSU unique, not only in sports, but in things that truly make a university so valuable to its constituents. Stick around after the game, it will definitely give you a better perspective about the SEC.

What's going to happen with the weather? I've checked the weatherchannel.com, but I'd rather get first hand info from a local. The WC.com predicts isolated showers.

PLUS- are there any size regulations for bags/purses in the stadium? It's been so long that I've brought a purse with me, so I cant remember.
