Official LSU vs Auburn Game Thread

No they really were not, they creeped up on obvious running downs but not like you are going to see in the second half. LSU's QB's couldn't hit the side of a barn from 5 yards and I think the coaching staff forgot Dickson was even on the team. AU didn't stack the box nearly as much as I thought they would and nothing like you are about to see in the 2nd half.

 

Well we will see what this team is made of now.

There is a lot of talent on the field but it has played too tentative so far.

We gotta take care of the ball. Hit a few big plays. And shut em down.

I still think we can beat em but we have to hit a few big plays.

 

darn.... No pass defense, No quarterback play, Not much coaching that I could tell.. Auburn is outplaying LSU in most every phase of the game. - Gosh - Florida, Georgia, Alabama gotta be glad at what they are seeing right now... Hatch can't pass & Lee just looks lost, We better get better fast is all I can say...

 

Defense has done OKAY, but not great, especially the pass defense. They have had at least a couple blown coverages, and the front 4 are only providing an average pass rush at best.

well, i just hope jimbo is a little more relaxed after half time. if not, i guess i will be the one that calls a screen

When you are no threat to hit a 5 yard pass to an open receiver it doesn't leave much hope. Without much improved QB play in the second half LSU is toast. Let's hope the coaching staff finds someone who can throw the ball and fast.
