Does the fourth wuarter come after overtime? Has anyone ever made it to the fourth wuarter? :hihi: Sorry man....I had to. You would do it to me.
Last week I did not make my post in that pre-game thread with my usual post from the other "official game" threads. We won ALL the games before that so I will now post what I did for all the other games in the previous "official game" threads. Come on War Eagles, come get yer ass whippin'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:angryfire :angryfire :tigerhead :tigerhead :tigerhead :tigerhead :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige
I'm fully expecting a fired up tiger defense to bring the freakin' heat. Here's what has to happen: 1) Vastly reduce the amount of penalties. 2) Do not let Cox get into a rythm. 3) 5 sacks should be a good goal to shoot for. I'm looking for.. LSU 34 Auburn 24
If we get pressure on Cox we'll win big BUT if we don't it will be a crap shoot. The guy falls apart with pressure but is ok if he has time. This game will be the deciding game of our season. We win this and look good doing it we don't lose again but if we look like we have in the past three weeks it's Sugar Bowl bound. LSU-36 UA-13
You really shouldn't listen to Holtz, it isn't the University of Auburn. Or are you predicting the bammer score in a couple of weeks?
Well, this weekend we get to find out if the Tigers are "real" Tigers or "Paper ones"...The UK game was one we should not have lost...I thought this team, this year was going to be something special, something epic. Something the rest of the country does'nt understand. We,ve stuck with these teams through thick and thin. Most of us Tiger fans, LSU has always been "good", but when do you turn the corner and become "great"...Ive waited years for it ( about 40 seasons, give or take ), I hoped it was gonna be this year...time will tell, if they lose this next game then it becomes obvious, they arent as good as Ive given them credit. I hope they prove me wrong. Lifetime Tiger Fan......:helmet::helmet::helmet::helmet::helmet:
Yes, I remember Gator fans making similar comments about LSU the week after they lost to AU. In other words, it probably won't have much bearing on the outcome, IMO. However, LSU is a 13+ point favorite for a valid reason. First, y'all get Doucet back and it's not even a debate that the LSU offense is vastly more productive with Doucet in the lineup. Secondly, Auburn is a banged-up team right now - on both sides of the ball. Of the 3 pure freshmen on the OL, two are injured. Starters: Bosley - C (knee, ankle) - "about 75-80%" but will play because there is little choice. Pugh - OT (ankle, leg) - staus unknown, carted off in an air-cast on Saturday, doubtful for LSU. Steve Gandy - LB (concussions) - out for season Pat Trahan - MLB - out for season Merrill Johnson - MLB (shoulder) - out Aaron Savage - S (knee) - 70%, may see limited action Quentin Groves - DE (3 dislocated toes) - 80%, probable for limited action Tray Blackmon - LB (ankle) - 85%, probable Chris Evans - LB (concussion) - 90%, probable Pat Tatum - P (dislocated elbow) - 90%, probable LSU is not the team you want to face when the injury-bug has limited your team's depth.
