    Where are all the penalties?

    Where is the defensive holding?
    Where are the neutral zone infraction penalties?
    Where are the roughing the kicker penalties?
    What about the offensive holding that I keep seeing?
    And WHY is that freaking ref so happy and coked-out looking when he calls penalties on us?
