Well, I have never stated either so I can't respond to that. But, while in Miami he did an admirable job with pretty much the same team that still hasn't won a game this year.

he did do a good job coaching. look at how his good his defenses were compared to now.

however he did draft jason allen and the players didnt exactly enjoy crying during practice.
