I have never been a fan of The Clown from day one. Especially when I saw him walk out on the field for the first time with that Madonna headset on his first coaching gig. If I hear him say " I really like my team" or "I really like how our team matches up" one more time I will throw up. I say **** can him now and pick-up Tubby. He is a proven damn good coach with one bad year under his belt.
He did not win us ****. The players did. There were lots of lucky breaks in which he gambled and the dice went his way. Hence last years Auburn game.
And how many SEC championships has he won in his many years at Auburn? The same number as Les. And how many national championships has he won? Les = :crystal:. Tubbs = 0.
The good part is that the Seniors we have this year had no leadership and not much heart. They only have two more games left this year. I really don't see any of those guys playing in the NFL. Tyson Jackson? Before this year, it was a given. He's gone downhill all season. I'm sure he'll get drafted, but this guy will not make an NFL team. Herman Johnson? He'll get drafted because he was the biggest baby in Louisiana when he was born. Looks to me like he never "grew up". Marlon Favorite? C'mon. Marlon Brando has a better chance of getting drafted (Is he still alive?) Darry Beckwith? This guy has probably played the worst out of all the Seniors. And that, is bad. Won't get drafted. Tremaine Johnson? Who? Brett Helms? Maybe Arena football. Too small for the NFL. Too small for LSU. Lyle Hitt? No Demetrius Byrd? Not after this year. Maybe Canadian Football League. Anyone else?
